By using the Online Services, you agree to this Policy.

2) Information We Collect
A. Identifiers & Contact Data: name, email, phone, mailing address, property/community information, organization, role/title.
B. Service Data: site addresses, incident/complaint details, requested coverage/patrols, access instructions, event information.
C. Operational Media (under contract): where lawful and contracted, images, video, audio, and related metadata from on-site security or UAV/drone operations.
D. Employment/Contractor Applicants: resume/CV, licenses/certifications, training, work history, availability, eligibility to work, and—if needed—data for background/driving checks via authorized third parties (with required notices/consents).
E. Device & Usage Data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, referring pages, approximate location, and error logs.
F. Cookies & Tracking: cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security, analytics, and (if enabled) advertising measurement.
We do not intentionally collect medical records or bank account numbers through the Online Services. If you submit sensitive data, you do so voluntarily and subject to this Policy and any Service Agreement.

We do not sell personal information for money. For California residents, certain analytics/ads may be considered “sharing” (and in some cases a “sale”) for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out as described below; we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
6) Cookies & Tracking Controls (No External Links)
We use strictly necessary (security/session), analytics/performance, and advertising/retargeting cookies (only if enabled/consented where required).

7) Data Security
We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., TLS in transit, least-privilege access, logging). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and risks remain.
8) Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Operational media (e.g., incident video) is retained per Service Agreement, legal hold, or policy, then securely deleted or archived.
9) Your Rights & Choices
A. United States (General). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information (subject to legal limits). You may opt out of marketing communications by using the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or by contacting Apex Global Security.
B. California (CCPA/CPRA) — applies only to California residents. California residents may have rights to: (i) know/access categories and specific pieces of personal information collected; (ii) delete personal information (subject to exceptions); (iii) correct inaccurate personal information; (iv) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (including via GPC signals); (v) limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information (where applicable); and (vi) be free from discrimination for exercising rights. C. GDPR (EEA/UK) — applies only if you are located in the EEA/UK. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing). For international transfers to the U.S., we use appropriate safeguards and supplementary measures as needed.
D. Arizona Data-Breach Notice. If a breach of security affects Arizona residents’ personal information, Apex Global Security will provide notice consistent with Arizona data-breach requirements, including statutory timing.
10) Children’s Privacy
The Online Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where GDPR applies). If you believe a child has provided data, contact us for deletion.
11) Arizona Law; Site Monitoring & UAV Notice
Apex Global Security operates in accordance with Arizona law (including security guard licensing and criminal trespass requirements). Clients are responsible for lawful instructions and for ensuring any required signage, notices, and consents for monitoring/recording and trespass enforcement at their premises, unless otherwise agreed in writing. UAV/drone operations (when used) are conducted only as permitted by law and safety protocols.
12) Do Not Track
We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. For California, see the opt-out mechanisms above, and note that we honor GPC signals.
13) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. The Effective Date will change and material updates will be posted on the Site. Continued use of the Online Services means you accept the updated Policy.
